Carnehill Building Services Ltd was appointed as Main Contractor and Project Supervisor Construction Stage to demolish and rebuild a 70m2 commercial unit at Sea life building in Bray Co. Wick low This involved the demolition of an existing decommissioned ESB sub station and the construction of 70m2 of retail space which is occupied by Ginos Gelato.

FIORENTINA RESTAURANT DUBLIN

Carnehill Contracting was employed as main contractor and PSCS on the refurbishment and fit out Fiorentina Restaurant in Dublin city centre. With a floor area of 110m2 this project provided some difficult fire compartment detailing with a tight programme. The client required an exceptionally high end finish and specialist detailing throughout.
